Diane Amini is a family nurse practitioner originally from Chicago, Illinois. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing at Elmhurst College. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Adult Critical Care concentrating in Cardiac and Trauma at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and then the University of Arizona Medical Center. She then obtained her Masters of Science degree and training as a Family Nurse Practitioner at The University of Phoenix.

As a nurse practitioner, she has been practicing in family medicine caring for patients of all ages. She is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and walking her two dogs.
